Midwest Locators - Experienced  Vending Locators

Our Procedure for Bulk Machines:  As our vending locators acquire locations for you we will email them to you so you can review them and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  You do not have to use the location if it is not acceptable to you, we will review each location with you and determine if it is a right fit or not.  When you are ready to deliver your bulk machines, give us at least 24 hours notice and we will recall the location and make the appointment for you to drop off your machine so that someone is expecting you... the delivery usually goes much smoother that way.  Also, by the time you deliver the machine, we have spoken with the location 2-3 times and if the location is going to fall for any reason, it would more than likely happen before you take the time and effort to deliver it.

Guarantee:  Our bulk machine locations are guaranteed for 90 days.  If you are asked to remove your machine due to no fault of your own,  or your machine does not perform per our minimum revenue guarantee(to be determined by the type of machine), we will replace your location for free.  

Bulk Performace Replacement Policy:

• The machine must be in place for a minimum of 60 days.
• The location must be used within 30 days of us notifying you of the availability.
• You must e-mail us with your collection information each time you collect for us to determine whether your machine is under performing and if it requires a replacement.

Midwest will not replace the location if any of the following applies:

• If you fail to service the machine regularly.
• If you do not have the proper sticker or contact information on the machine.
• If you have specifically requested a particular location and it does not perform well.
• If you do not use gloves in handling the candy and the location complains of unsanitary conditions.
